Client: Vše pro dětské skupiny (organisation)

Project: Marketing strategy and PR development

A client offering valuable, in-demand services is every agency’s dream. Such a client, in return, needs a strong partner to establish a clear communication strategy and methodology. Sometimes, our role is more about strategic guidance than direct execution.

Approach: A multi-hour workshop with the client and strategist resulted in a clear brief and subsequent strategy development. We guided the rebranding process, ensuring a smooth transition across all communication channels. We co-organized a key annual event and designed a framework for independent marketing activities.

Result: PR coverage worth CZK 4 million within five months.

Executed: August – December 2023

IKEA

IKEA

Client: IKEA

Project: IKEA Neighbourhood Dinners

Approach: We selected areas with the target audience and chose the most appropriate communication channels to deliver the dinner invitations. The aim was to reach new residents who don’t know their neighbours. A key challenge was the Czech reluctance to build neighbourhood relationships. To ensure high attendance, we used an invitation in IKEA’s tone of voice and adapted the communication style. The invitation was personal, with the option to register on the website. We also supported the communication with "walking billboards" and concave vehicles. The goal was to create a pleasant neighbourly gathering, which would then be associated with IKEA.

Result: 3,424 neighbours attended the event, exceeding expectations. 50% of participants met a neighbour, and 99% enjoyed the event. IKEA events inspired another 500 neighbours to host private dinners in Prague, Ostrava, Bratislava, and Budapest. IKEA Czech Republic’s statement for iHned (2 February 2016) confirmed the project would continue this year. During that fiscal year, IKEA Czech Republic achieved record results, and the "Neighbourhood Dinners" project received positive feedback globally, inspiring other markets.
